Chana is very healthy for daily snacks it is high in fibre rich in protein magnesium and zinc Everyone wants something tasty in snacks time so why not this tasty and healthy dish.
Ingredients of Garlic Chana Fry
Garlic Chana Fry
STEP : 1
Take a vessel add 2 cup chana (soaked for 7-8 hrs) and boil for 5 min.

Then strain the water from boiled Chana

Then add 1tsp red chilli powder and 1tsp garam masala powder
STEP : 4
Then add 1tsp of garlic paste
STEP : 5
Then add salt as per your taste

Then mix all the ingredients well

Then add 1 tbsp of cornflour then mix well and keep aside to 15-20 for marination.

Heat oil in a pan add 4-5 garlic cloves and put lid on a pan for 2 mins and let garlic b cooked.

Then add marinated chana to it and fry until it get crispy
STEP : 10
Serve hot with Schezwan chutney.
