STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare garlic bread recipe,we need bread slices , butter, coriander leaves ,chilli flakes and garlic cloves.

STEP : 2
Initially grate a garlic cloves finely or either you can grind a semi coarse paste.

STEP : 3
Turn on the flame ,place a vessel , add two tablespoon of unsalted butter and let it melt.

Add 1/4 cup of grated garlic into melted butter and saute it lightly for few seconds.

Add 1/4 cup of fresh coriander leaves and saute it gently,you can add oregano or mixed herbs if available.

STEP : 6
Add red chilli flakes and saute the mixture gently till it roasted light golden brown .

STEP : 7
Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down for 3 to 5 minutes.

STEP : 8
When it cools completely,apply the mixture on top of the bread slices on all sides .

STEP : 9
Do the remaining bread slices in a same way and keep in a seperate plate.

STEP : 10
Turn on the flame ,apply little oil and place a bread slices over a pan and let it boil.

After few seconds,flip it gently ,when it cooks on both sides ,transfer it in a serving plate ,our yummy garlic bread is ready to serve with tomatp ketchup.
