  • 2.00 nos Elachi
  • 3.00 tbsp Ghee
  • 1.00 tbsp Coriander
  • 0.5 tbsp Salt
  • 1.00 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1.00 tbsp Mint Leaves

  • First of all take the bowl and take the boiled rice of one cup as shown in the image and keep aside

  • Now take the pan and switch on the stove and keep a pan and preheat the pan as shown in the image

  • Now take the ghee and add the one or two tbsp of the ghee in the preheated pan and heat the ghee
