  • 2.00 nos Carrot
  • 0.5 cup Green Peas
  • 0.5 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2.00 nos Green Chilly
  • 0.5 tbsp Ginger Slices
  • 0.5 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 0.5 ml oil

  • Wash peel and chop the carrots into small cubes,then chop some green chilies and ginger into small slices,bring some fresh or frozen green peas.

  • Heat a pan add some oil and splutters some cumin seeds with them till it changes into light brown.

  • Then add fine chopped green chilies and ginger slices into them and stir fry for it.

  • Then add those well washed and small sliced carrots with them and stir for few seconds.

  • Then add fresh or frozen green peas with them and again stir for few seconds.

  • Then add enough red chilly powder and some garam masala powder with them and stir them well till the raw smell goes out.

  • Then add little water with them and add needed salt with them and brings to boil for few minutes.

  • When the water comes to dried and the added veggies are well boiled,now garnish some coriander and serve hot with hot sambar or rasam rices.
