very tasty and delicious sweet item with the carrot that is carrot burfi can be prepared very easily in the house with in very less no of steps and also good looking as well as good tasty

Ingredients of Gajar ki barfi

2.00 No Carrots
1.00 Cup Milk
5.00 tbsp Ghee
0.25 Cup Dry fruits
1.00 Cup Sugar

first of all take the carrots and clean them well once and peel out the outer layer once and keep them aside
