STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare carrot murabba syrup ,we need carrot,sugar,lemon,green cardamom,and a pinch salt.

Take 250 gram of carrot,wash and peel the skin seperately and cut into small pieces.

Add a required amount of water to wash the carrot pieces in a seperate bowl.
STEP : 4
Turn on the flame,place a medium vessel ,add a cup of water and let it boil.
STEP : 5
When the water semi boils,add the washed carrot pieces after straining in a boiling water

Add little bit of salt along with the boiling water then cook it few seconds.

After few minutes check it when the carrot turn soft or not then strain the water completely.

Add the boiled carrot pieces in a kitchen towel and wipe it using kitchen towel.

After wiping it ,Put a holes on all sides using fork spoon for easy dipping with sugar.

Turn on the other flame,place a long vessel to make sugar syrup add one cup of sugar .

Add 3/4th cup of carrot stock water then stir it for few seconds till the sugar dissolves.

Add 2 to 3 green cardamom seeds, if you not prefer like this add half tablespoon of green cardamom powder.

Boil the sugar syrup for 2 to 3 minutes completely till it turns a string consistency

Squeeze a drop of lemon juice on a boiling sugar to avoid the formation of crystallization of sugar.

Add the strained carrot in a boiling syrup and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Turn off the flame,let it cool completely then transfer it,Our tasty carrot murabba is ready now.
