A quick and easy version of gajar ka halwa. Desserts have always been an integral part of Indian cuisine, But which mother or wife thinks of making sweets at home. This is a traditional North Indian sweet for carrot, milk and ghee lovers.

Ingredients of Gajar ka halwa with khoya

0.50 kg carrot
3.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 cup sugar
2.00 cup milk
0.50 cup khoya kheer
