STEP : 1
Take some carrot, some milk, some sugar, some ghee bring together and keep aside for cooking the recipe carrot kheer.

Pill the carrot and cut it properly and wash with water and keep aside, sugar, ghee, milk bring together and keep aside.

Take a grinder then add the carrot pieces in to the grinder and grind it and keep aside, and other things keep aside.

Then take a pan then hot a pan then add some ghee in it then hot it for thirty seconds .

Then add the carrot paste into the hot ghee and cook it for four minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some milk to the cooked carrot and cook it for another five minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some sugar into the cooked carrot with milk and cook it for another two minutes in high flame .

Then add some ghee into the cooked carrot sugar and milk and cook them for another two minute in high flame.

Then add some khoya kheer into the cooked carrot and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some cardamom powder in to the cooked recipe and cook them for another two minutes in high flame.
