Fusion wrap recipe is very spicy and delicious. It is best lunch box recipe. This is very healthy and kids love these recipe. It is quick and easy to make with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
For Maida Flour Preparation
- 1.50 cup Refined flour
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
For Masala Preparation
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 cup Onions
- 4.00 no Garlic cloves
- 1.00 cup green capsicum
- 1.00 cup carrot
- 1.00 cup tomatoes
- 1.00 tbsp black pepper powder
- 0.25 cup chilli flakes
- 2.00 no Potatoes
- 1.00 cup green peas
- 1.00 tbsp ketchup
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
Instructions
For Maida Flour Preparation
- Take a seperate bowl, add one and half cup of refined flour or maida along with add a pinch of salt for taste.
- Add a little bit of oil and by adding gradually water to make a rough dough .
- After knead a soft dough , close it and keep under refridgerator or at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
For Masala Preparation
- The key ingredients to prepare fusion wrap , we need green capsicum, carrot, tomatoes,potatoes,green peas, chilli flakes,garlic cloves,black pepper powder, maida, onions,ketchup and oil .
- Turn on the flame , place a pressure cooker and add a cup of green peas and two nos of potatoes and leave it 2 to 3 whistles.
- Take 3 to 4 garlic cloves and crunch it well by adding little bit of water on it or else you can grind them.
- After 2 to 3 whistles when the pressure cooker calms down completely open the lid and drain the water.
- After draining water , peel the potatoes skin in a seperate plate and mash it well.
- Turn on the low flame, place a vessel add 2 to 3 tablespoon of oil and let it heat .
- Add one cup of thin sliced onions and saute it till the onion color changes golden brown.
- Add a tablespoon of crunched garlic paste into ingredients and let it cook till the raw smell goes away.
- Add half cup of green capsicum and saute it till the raw smell goes away, you can add yellow capsicum for rich coloring.
- Add the grated medium sized carrots and mix it and let it cook for few seconds till the carrots gets soft.
- Add a cup of deseeded tomatoes and saute it and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the raw tomato smell goes away.
- Add a tablespoon of black peppers or coloured bell peppers and saute them nicely for few seconds.
- Add ᅵ cup of chilli flakes and mix it , you can add italian pizza seasoning if possible for great taste.
- Add a cup of coarsely mashed potatoes into the mixture and mix it , let the mixture blend with the potatoes.
- Add a cup of boiled green peas and mix it , you can also add yellow corn if you like and saute it.
- Add a tablespoon of ketchup or sauce into the mixture and mix it well and leave it for few seconds.
- Turn off the flame and Leave it to cool completely in a same vessel after cooling add a salt for taste and mix it well.
Preparation For Fusion Wrap
- To make a wrap, take a knead dough and divide it into three round size balls to make tortilla .
- Now roll the balls in a round size gently or else you can buy it readymade available in markets.
- Place a pan on low flame , add a roll after few sew seconds apply a little bit of oil on all sides.
- Then Flip it on other sides gently dont cook it too much keep in a low flame , cook it on both sides.
- Place a roti on a flat surface, add cooled mixture over the tortilla , apply some mayonnaise if possible.
- In a same way do the remaining tortilla or roties and close it in a invert position carefully and keep it aside.
- cover it with aluminium foil for healthy manner,our yummy fusion wrap is ready to serve , you can serve these with chutneys or ketchup.
