Ingredients of Fruit Smoothie
STEP : 1
Take a one fully red Pomegranate, and remove the outer layer and take the seeds of the fruit inner side.

Then take a one Apple, wash this in a water before using and, Cut this in a slices.

Take a one Ginger and wash this fully in a water, Then take the 1/4 pinch of ginger.
STEP : 4
After that take one ripe banana, Take only ripe banana, don't use half ripe like that.

Take the pudina leaves, Clean this firstly then wash this in a water and take 2 to 3 of pudina leaves.
STEP : 6
Take a one ripe pineapple, And remove the outer layer from the knife and add 1-piece of pineapple.
STEP : 7
Now take a one jar, in this add 1/2 cup of pomegranate, 1 - Ripe banana, 1 - Piece of pineapple, 1/2 pinch of ginger, 2 to 3 Pudina leaves, 1 layer of cabbage.

And grind this as a fully paste, for a 5 minutes, It looks as in the below image.

In lastly take a one lemon and remove the juice of this, And add the lemon juice to the griended juice,in the time of serving.

Now the home made body cleanser is ready to serve now, Consume this daily upto 1 week continuously.
