We are all useing so many cosmetics and ayurveda products to look likea beautyfull ,but it is not happen in all the time and also the cost of the cosmetics are very costly , so by consuming the home madebody cleanse smoothie we can look really beautifull from inner side .

Ingredients of Fruit Smoothie

0.50 no Apple
0.50 cup Pomegranate
1.00 no Banana
3.00 no Pudina Leaves
1.00 no Lemon
1.00 layer Cabbage
2.00 tbsp Water
1.00 no Pineapple
0.50 piece Ginger

Fruit Smoothie

Take a one fully red Pomegranate, and remove the outer layer and take the seeds of the fruit inner side.

Take the pudina leaves, Clean this firstly then wash this in a water and take 2 to 3 of pudina leaves.

Take a one ripe pineapple, And remove the outer layer from the knife and add 1-piece of pineapple.
