Fruit and vegetable salad

STEP : 1
Wash and clean all the required fruits and vegetables. You can also include other fruits and vegetables of your taste. I have added sweet corn kernels also.

STEP : 2
Using a cutting board, dice all the fruits and vegetables(as shown in the image) of approximately the same size.

STEP : 3
Combine the fruits and vegetables in a bowl. Mix it well. The vegetables does not need to be cooked. It can be used raw.

STEP : 4
The next step is very important as we are going to add the mayonnaise which gives a rich taste and a good flavour.

STEP : 5
The next step is to season the salad to enhance its flavour. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and add some chaat masala if you like it.(I omitted it). Mix it well

STEP : 6
Mix the mayonnaise well with all the fruits and vegetables. If required you can also add little more mayo if you want it to be creamier.

STEP : 7
Finally, I am adding the pomegranate. Adding this, makes the salad look colorful and also gives a sweet taste. Add pomegranate in small quantities. Sweet and sour mayo salad is ready to serve.
