This fruit and veggie salad is very healthy and easy to make. Mixed with certain fruits and vegetables, this salad is crunchy and delicious and can be eaten as an evening snack or even as a side dish. Try out this delicious fruit and veg salad in few simple steps.

Ingredients of Fruit and vegetable salad

1.00 no Apple
1.00 no Capsicum
1.00 no Sweet corn
1.00 no Pomegranate
1.00 no Cucumber
4.00 tbsp Mayonnaise
0.25 tbsp Pepper
0.25 tbsp Chaat masala
0.25 tbsp Salt

Fruit and vegetable salad

Wash and clean all the required fruits and vegetables. You can also include other fruits and vegetables of your taste. I have added sweet corn kernels also.

Using a cutting board, dice all the fruits and vegetables(as shown in the image) of approximately the same size.

Combine the fruits and vegetables in a bowl. Mix it well. The vegetables does not need to be cooked. It can be used raw.

The next step is very important as we are going to add the mayonnaise which gives a rich taste and a good flavour.

The next step is to season the salad to enhance its flavour. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and add some chaat masala if you like it.(I omitted it). Mix it well

Mix the mayonnaise well with all the fruits and vegetables. If required you can also add little more mayo if you want it to be creamier.

Finally, I am adding the pomegranate. Adding this, makes the salad look colorful and also gives a sweet taste. Add pomegranate in small quantities. Sweet and sour mayo salad is ready to serve.
