This is cooked with American Sweet Corn. The corn is batter fried in salt and cornflour and then it is tossed in a light masala of onion slices, chilli slices and garlic flakes. A tinge of soya sauce is added to enhance the taste. It is a good chat/snacks recipe.

Ingredients of Fried sweet corn

2.00 cup Sweet Corn
0.25 no Capsicum
0.50 no Onion
2.00 no Garlic Cloves
1.00 no Chili
0.50 cup Corn Flour
1.00 no Egg
0.25 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper
