STEP : 1
Take two and half hundred gram shrimp, two onions, one bunch of coriander leaves, kalonji one-fourth tablespoon, green chilies, and one tablespoon of mustard, all those things bring together and keep aside.

wash properly the small shrimp, cut the green chili, chop the onion then chop the coriander leaves, paste the mustard seeds, all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan the add some oil in it when oil become hot add the kalonji and fry it for few seconds in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the chopped onion into the hot oil and fry it for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven then add some salt to the fried onion.

Then add the washed small shrimp into the fried onion and add some salt in it then fry them for three minutes on the high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the red chili into the cooked small shrimp and cook them for one minute in high flame on the gas oven.

STEP : 7
Then add the mustard paste into the cooked small shrimp and cook them for two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the green chili into the cooked small shrimp and cook them for one minute in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the chopped coriander leaves into the cooked small shrimp and cook them for one minute in high flame on the gas oven.

Serve this recipe on a serving plate for eating. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice for a happy meal. This recipe loves all the age group.
