Ingredients of Fried peanuts
STEP : 1
The first step is to wash the gherkins and cut them into long slices. Put a pan on stove and heat it.

Pour about three tablespoons of oil and let it heat for about ten seconds. Now add one fourth cup of peanuts.

Fry the peanuts well till they turn brown colour. Now add the crushed garlic cloves to it.
STEP : 4
Fry them well and also add cumin seeds to it. Now add green chillies and curry leaves to it.
STEP : 5
Fry them well and now add chopped onion and fry them till the onion turns to golden brown colour.

Now add a pinch of turmeric powder and also add about a cut of sliced gherkins to it.

Now put the flame in simmer and fry the gherkins for about ten minutes in a low flame.
STEP : 8
After some time mix it well and also Add one tablespoon of red chilli powder and garam masala.
STEP : 9
Mix them well and add about half tablespoon of salt and fry them till They turns to brown Colour.
STEP : 10
Now turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl. Serve it with steamed rice or as a side dish in rasam .
