These are the simple 8 ingredients required to make the mushroom pakodas in the home

First step you need to take a bowl and add the gram flour in it as you required

Next you need to add the half table spoon of red chilli powder in the gram flour

Next you need to add the half table spoon of Ginger garlic paste in the gram flour

Next step you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the gram flour

Next you need to add the half table spoon of salt or as per you require and you need to add one pinch of cooking soda in the gram flour

After adding all the ingredients you need to mix it Well and add the half glass of water in the gram flour and mix it well with hand

After adding the water you need to mix it like a paste as shown and keep aside for sometime

Next step you need to take the frying pan and put it on the stove and heat it and add the oil in it

Next step you need to cut the mushroom slices and dip it in the gram flour as shown

After heating the oil you need to leave the dipped mushroom in the oil as shown and Deep fry it

After deep frying the mushroom pakodas you need to remove it in the plate as shown
