Ingredients of Fried groundnut
STEP : 1
Take peanuts of 1 cup and soak in water for the whole night before the preparation of one day to made it soft .

Remove the water from the peanuts which was kept during the whole night and kept aside for some time in another bowl.

Take fresh water and add those peanuts to it and add 1/2 table spoon of rock salt to it for easy cooking.

Mix well the salt and keep in a pressure cooker and pour some water on the bottom of pressure cooker also.

Now keep the lid on that with a vessel on the top and in a high flame and wait until for 7 to 8 vessels.

After the pressure is gone remove the lid and pour this peanuts to a lid having holes for the water to come down.

Add 6 table spoons of fresh ghee to a pan and made it heat for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 8
After heating of the ghee add those boiled peanuts to the ghee and made it fry for some time in a low flame.
STEP : 9
Now take another bowl and transfer those fried peanuts into it and add some more pinch of rock salt to it and mix well until the salt dissolves.

For the taste purpose add 1/2 table spoon of pepper powder to the peanuts mix well and take into the serving bowl.
