STEP : 1
Take two fresh bread slices. An egg , some fresh coriander leaves , butter and finely round sliced onion. You can remove the bread edges if you want to.

STEP : 2
Now take both the bread slices and apply the smoothen butter on both of them. Apply gently so that bread will not get breaked. cover all part by butter.

STEP : 3
After the butter is applied well to both the breads , now place all the round sliced onions over one bread slice. Keep it aside.

STEP : 4
Now to make the half fried omlette , heat some butter in a pan and crack an egg in it. srinkle pich of salt if you want to and fry it from one side

After the half fried egg omlette has been ready , place it one a bread slice , on the onion slices placed before. And then put some finely chopped coriander leaves on it.

After the omlette is placed on a bread slice cover it with a another bread slice. now heat a pan and some butter in it and place the sandwich over the pan.

STEP : 7
Roast the sandwich on a low flame so that it will not get burnt. turn over by both sides and roast both the sides as well. add some butter by corners of sandwich.

After the sandwich is roasted well from both the sides with reddish brown in colour remove it from the pan. take in a plate , cut it half, garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup .
