STEP : 1
The first step is to wash the chicken liver and keep aside. Take a pan and add about three tablespoons of oil and heat it.

Add cashews and fry them now add red chilli, green chillies and curry leaves and fry them for about two minutes.

Now add chopped onion and fry them for about two minutes till it turns golden brown colour.

Now add about one tablespoon of red chilli powder, one tablespoon of garam masala and one tablespoon of salt.

Mix them well and also add the washed liver to it let it cook for about two more minutes.

Mix it well and cook it for about ten minutes by closing the lid. Mix it in between.

Now the liver looses out some water open the lid and let it cook till water evaporates.

Once the water is evaporated mix it well and add the chopped coriander and mix it.

Now chicken liver cashew curry is ready to serve . Serve it with roti, chapati or parota.
