We all well know chicken curry but few people know that we also cook liver from the chicken as a curry that tastes excellent and also good for health as it doesn't contain any fat. Here is am going to show how to cook chicken liver with cashew.

Ingredients of Fried chicken livers

0.50 kg Chicken liver
0.25 cup Cashews
1.00 no Onion
3.00 no Green chillies
3.00 no Curry leaves
4.00 no Coriander
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
4.00 tbsp Oil

this recipe of spicy liver curry is actually good. though many may not like livers , but if you do like to try out different parts this is a good dish . this recipe is also very good for health as it doesn't contain any fat. they have added cashew here which turned out really nice. the curry was good overall and it does not take much time also to prepare also.
