Ingredients of Fried chapati
STEP : 1
Please take the following ingredients: Wheat Roti / Chapati Red chili powder salt Mustard seeds Oil
STEP : 2
Take a chapati / roti and make the medium pieces of that chapati . Do not make big pieces.

Now a take a pan or kadai and pour oil in that pan . Keep the gas flame on low mode.
STEP : 4
If oil is heated properly than add little mustard seed in that heated oil . Keep the flame on low mode only .
STEP : 5
After mustard seeds start cracking add piece of chapati into the heated pan and keep flame on medium mode .

Mix well with the help of spoon . Make it little crispy . If you feel its start becoming crispy than please add red chili powder in it .

After mixing the red chili powder in it add salt in the pan . Mix well . let the gas on low flame .
STEP : 8
Once its done switch the gas off . and remove all the pieces into the another plate so the excessive oil will remove. Your dish is ready . You can eat this with sauce.
