- 1.00 nos Apple
- 1.00 nos Pomegranate
- 1.00 nos Musk Melon Slice
- 4.00 nos Mosambi Slices
- 1.00 nos Sugar
- 0.25 tbsp Chaat Masala
Instructions
Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe
- Rinse and take desired fruits that are used for making fruit salad,here i took some fruits such as apple,pomegranate,muskmelon and one mosambi.
- Scrape out the Musk melon and remove the seeds and fine slice them,peelnoff the mosambi skin and extract the inner pulp,and also bring some pomegranate pearls and fine slice some apples too.
- Take a mixing bowl add well sliced Musk melon slices and sprinkle some pomegranate pearls as thin layer and reserve some pomegranate pearls.
- Then add some sliced apples and well extracted mosambi pulps into them,instead if mosambi you can also use fresh orange pulps.
- Then add some remaining pomegranate pearls over them as second layer which gives sour bites.
- Then sprinkle some sugar over them,instead of sugar you can also add fresh honey with them.
- Then sprinkle quarter tbsp if chaat masala powder or freshly crushed black pepper powder over them.
- Mix well all the fruits,sugar and chaat masala powder are well mixed and tossed well,garnish and serve.
