STEP : 1
Heat a pan add 3 tbsp of Ghee and add 1 tbsp of Refined oil, when oil gets heated add 2 cloves 2 cardamon sticks fry it for few minutes.

Add fine chopped garlic pods and fry it for few minute till it changes its color as reddish brown and removes the raw smell.

Now add the green chilies which was thinly sliced and stir for few minutes till the raw smell removes and then.

Add the medium size three to four onion which was thin sliced, stir well till the onion gets reddish brown color.

Then add the fine chopped French beans and do not throw the beans seed if the beans was ripen, and also need to add and keep it for add.

Then add the well washed cauliflower in hot water with salt and also add the seeds of french beans in to it.

now add the well washed Basmati rice which was soak for few minutes and drained water into it before adding in to this recipe.

Mix well and fry well the rice and now add 6 cups of water for 3 cups of rice and also adjust the salt at this stage.

keep cover the lid and cook it for ten to fifteen minutes till the water gets dried and now add 1/4 cup of lime juice into it and stir well and keep boiling for two minutes in low flame.

After two minutes add the 1/4 cup of chopped mint leaves and 1/4 cup of coriander leaves in to it,mix well and transfer to serving bowl and serve hot with curd or brinchal raitha.
