Generally we make pulao varieties with various vegetables,here i used to make a delicious pulao using my favorite vegetables cauli-flower and healthy vegetable beans which makes with spicy ingredients and ghee which gives protein power to our child and the mint gives refresh to our health.

Ingredients of French beans pulao

3.00 cup Basmati Rice
1.00 cup French Beans
1.00 cup cauliflower
1.00 no Onion Slices
0.25 cup Mint Leaves
0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
6.00 tbsp Garlic Pods
3.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 tbsp Oil
4.00 no Cloves Cardamon
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
1.50 tbsp Salt
8.00 tbsp Green Chilies

French beans pulao

Heat a pan add 3 tbsp of Ghee and add 1 tbsp of Refined oil, when oil gets heated add 2 cloves 2 cardamon sticks fry it for few minutes.

keep cover the lid and cook it for ten to fifteen minutes till the water gets dried and now add 1/4 cup of lime juice into it and stir well and keep boiling for two minutes in low flame.
