STEP : 1
Take all the mentioned ingredients Flax Seeds, Garlic, Sesame Seeds, Red Chilly, Curry Leaves and keep it ready. Smash the Garlic seeds.
STEP : 2
Heat Oil in a nonstick pan. First Add garlic and red chilly in the pan and saute till it becomes crisp.
STEP : 3
Now add flax seeds and sesame seeds and fry till it turns light golden. This will give nice aroma to the chutney.
STEP : 4
Transfer all the above into a mixer jar and add little salt to taste & little water. Now grind it to a chutney.
STEP : 5
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve. It goes well for breakfast with Dosa, Idly. This can be served with rice as well as a side dish.
