Flax seeds are considered to be one of the top health foods in the market today. These seeds are high in fiber. They are said to protect human body from cancer and heart disease, reduce cholesterol and helps to manage diabetes and also in weight loss. It goes well for breakfast with Dosa, Idli. Ingredients of Flax seed chutney

0.50 cup Flax Seeds
10.00 no Garlic Flakes
8.00 no Red Chilly
3.00 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
2.00 tbsp Sesame Oil or Till Oil
10.00 no Curry Leaves
0.25 no Salt

Flax seed chutney

Take all the mentioned ingredients Flax Seeds, Garlic, Sesame Seeds, Red Chilly, Curry Leaves and keep it ready. Smash the Garlic seeds.

Heat Oil in a nonstick pan. First Add garlic and red chilly in the pan and saute till it becomes crisp.

Now add flax seeds and sesame seeds and fry till it turns light golden. This will give nice aroma to the chutney.

Transfer all the above into a mixer jar and add little salt to taste & little water. Now grind it to a chutney.
