A classic and exotic Bengali Laitta fish recipe love all the fish lover. A healthy alternative to the regular fish fry, these delicately flavoured laitta fish pakora with besn, gobondo bhoge rice paste and garlic flaviur. This pakora make a very bright meal served with hot steamed rice for a happy meal and you also serve this as a great snack.

Ingredients of Fish pakora

0.25 kg Laitta fish
1.00 no onion
5.00 no garlic cloves
1.00 no ginger cubes
2.00 no green chili
0.50 cup gobindo bhoge rice
1.00 cup besan
1.00 cup oil
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp salt

Fish pakora

Take some loitta fish peices, one onion, few cloves of garlic, ginger, green chilli, gobindo bhoge rice all those thinges bring together and keep aside .

take the loitta fish and wash properly with water then add some salt and turmeric powder then mix all well and marinate for ten minutes.

Take the marinated fish peices then add the ginger and garlic paste and leave it for two minutes for marination .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when the oil become hot add the marinated with masala one by one and deep fry all the fishes.
