STEP : 1
Take some loitta fish and keep aside , take three onions , five green chilies, one garlic and one bunch of coriander leaves
STEP : 2
Take the loitta fish pieces then wash it with water properly then add some salt and some turmeric powder in it and mix with fish and keep aside for five minutes .

Then chop the onion and keep aside , chop the green chili and keep aside , chop the coriander leaves and crush the garlic .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the chopped onion and fry this properly .

Then add some crushed garlic cloves in to the fried onion and cook them for another two minutes in high flame .

Them add the marinated fish in to the fried onion and garlic and add cook them for another five minutes .

Then add the chopped green chili in to the cooked laitta fish and cook them another two minutes in high flame .

Then add the chopped coriander leaves in to the cooked fish and cook them another two minutes in high flame .

Then add some salt in to the cooked fish and cook it for another five minutes in low flame and off the gas Serve this recipe hot in a serving plate .

Then serve this recipe hot in a serving plate . Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice for a satisfying meal .
