A classic and exotic Bengali Sea fish recipe love all the fish lover. A healthy alternative to the regular fish recipe, these delicately flavoured Sea fish masala with onion,garlic and garlic flavour. This recipemake a very bright meal served with hot steamed rice for a happy meal .

Ingredients of Fish masala recipe

0.50 kg Loitta fish
3.00 no onion
5.00 no green chili
1.00 no garlic
1.00 no coriander leaves bunch
3.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Fish masala recipe

Take some loitta fish and keep aside , take three onions , five green chilies, one garlic and one bunch of coriander leaves

STEP : 1

Take the loitta fish pieces then wash it with water properly then add some salt and some turmeric powder in it and mix with fish and keep aside for five minutes .

Then chop the onion and keep aside , chop the green chili and keep aside , chop the coriander leaves and crush the garlic .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the chopped onion and fry this properly .
