STEP : 1
At the first step cut fish in to square shape and clean it well and then place the fish in a bowl, we can use fish fillets frozen also but for more taste use Fresh fish.

Now we can peel off the skin from ginger and garlic and then keep this in a mixer or blender add pudina and coriander leaves and grind it well.
STEP : 3
Then take the car lean fish pour chilly powder , turmeric powder salt ,oil, lemon juice, grinded mixture and mix it well then keep it for half hour or more.
STEP : 4
Then take the stick for grilling and pierce the marinated fish pieces to it ,then keep this for grilling for about twenty minutes.
STEP : 5
Check in every ten minutes and then turn it's position as per need. You can make it grilled with more time if you need more crisp for the fish.
STEP : 6
When it is nicely cooked and grilled take it out and serve it hot along with chappathi or take as a starter.
