This is a super dish that is grilled and we can use this as a starter and also we can take this along with chappathi,rice and all. This can be made easily and it requires very less oil.

Ingredients of Fish kebab

0.50 kg fish
0.50 tbsp chillypowder
0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
1.00 tbsp lemonjuice
0.25 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp pudinaleaves
1.00 tbsp corianderleaves
0.50 tbsp pepperpowder
1.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp gingergarlicpaste

At the first step cut fish in to square shape and clean it well and then place the fish in a bowl, we can use fish fillets frozen also but for more taste use Fresh fish.

Now we can peel off the skin from ginger and garlic and then keep this in a mixer or blender add pudina and coriander leaves and grind it well.

Then take the car lean fish pour chilly powder , turmeric powder salt ,oil, lemon juice, grinded mixture and mix it well then keep it for half hour or more.

Then take the stick for grilling and pierce the marinated fish pieces to it ,then keep this for grilling for about twenty minutes.

Check in every ten minutes and then turn it's position as per need. You can make it grilled with more time if you need more crisp for the fish.
