Ingredients of fish jhol
STEP : 1
Take some pholi fish pieces and keep aside. Then take some kalonji, cumin seeds powder, green chili all those things bring together and keep aside.

Then add some salt and some turmeric powder with fish pieces and mix all those things together and keep aside for marination.

Take a pan and hot it, when it become hot add some oil in it and again hot it for cooking the next step.

Then add some fish pieces into the hot oil and fry them for few minutes on the high flame on the gas oven and keep aside.

Take the ginger cumin seeds powder and green chili and paste together and keep it with the fried fish for cooking the next step.

then add some kalonji into the hot oil and cook them for another few seconds in high flame on the gas oven

Then add the masala paste into the hot oil and cook them another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some turmeric powder to the masala and cook them for another two minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add some water to the cooked masala and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add some fried fish pieces into the cooked gravy and cook them for another two minutes in high flame .

Then add some chopped coriander leaves into the cooked gravy and cook them for another two minutes in high flame .

serve this recipe in the serving bowl for eating. serve this recipe with hot steamed rice for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
