A Bangladeshi simple healthy and tasty fish stew. This is a recipe for the delay lunch or dinner. served this fish curry and vegetables with hot steamed rice for a happy meal. This recipe not only healthy but also very much tasty.

Ingredients of fish jhol

4.00 no pholi fish pieces
0.25 tbsp kalonji
1.00 tbsp cumin seeds powder
3.00 no greenchili
2.00 no ginger cube
3.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Take some pholi fish pieces and keep aside. Then take some kalonji, cumin seeds powder, green chili all those things bring together and keep aside.
