An all time favourite recipe adapted for the lunch or dinner. Make sure you make enough. this is a fish head and Gobind bhoge rice combination recipe item that one can never enough of. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot steamed rice.

Ingredients of Fish head curry

0.50 kg fish head
1.00 no potato
2.00 no onion
1.00 no ginger
1.00 no garlic
0.25 tbsp garam masala
0.50 cup gobind bhog rice
3.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

I got a holiday after a long working hours and I have decided to make fish head curry for lunch. I'm so fed up with unhealthy fast food.i tried it today and it was so tasty I add a bit more ginger and garlic because I like them in fish curry. actually I'm not good in cooking but my bachelor life force me to cook... this is a very good recipe actually, but many may not like a fish head, but if you do like then you must try this recipe. it is a Singapore style recipe , tastes really good. and as said, it is good to put in more fish head for the gravy. it is a very healthy dish overall and requires very less time to prepare also.
