STEP : 1
At the first step keep six of water to boil and meanwhile wash three cups of basmati rice and keep it aside .

then clean the king fish and then pour chilly powder ,turmeric powder , salt and mix it well, keep it for thirty minutes .

then heat a pan or kadai to cook rice and put ghee to it ,when it melts add ground spices to it and then add sliced one onion .

saute it well and when it is nicely brawn add the washed rice and stir well, when all the water goes out ,

we can hear a kiri kiri type sound ,then add the boiling water and some salt to it ,mix it well and add one tablespoon of lemon juice to it.

close the pan for the rice to get cooked, mean while fry some onion and some cashew nuts and raisins, when the rice is cooked mix it well and add some coriander leaves and fried things upon it .

then heat a pan and pour oil to it , then put fish pieces to it and let it fry both sides .

when it is done transfer it to the casserole or a plate, fry all the fish pieces and keep it aside .

then heat same or another kadai and use same oil we had taken to fry the fish and pour sliced onion and ground spices to it.

mean while grind some ginger ,garlic and green chilly using a blender and pour this paste to the onion and saute it well .

then add sliced tomato to it and saute it well, close it for ten minutes and then add curd and fried fish pieces to it mix everything well, add water if needed.

close the pan for about ten minutes in low flame and when the oil forms a separate layer off the flame and pour some coriander leaves .

now we can do the dum part, keep a flat pan under the kadai we putting dum , pour some ghee to it and when it melts add some fish masala and then rice and then some coriander leaves, fried onion and nuts and then again fish masala .

then at the last layer pour rice and upon it add coriander leaves , fried onion , fried nuts and raisins ,then add a half tsp of rose water and little ghee, then close it tightly and keep in low flame for about twenty minutes .

our fish biryani is ready to serve, so off the flame and transfer to the serving plate serve hot along with salad and pickle .
