STEP : 1
Take the fish pieces and wash and clean them very well under running water. Take the 2 potatoes and peel them well and wash them and cut it into 2 halves.

Chop the onion. Chop the green chili. Chop the coriander leaves. Chop the lemon into 2 pieces. Make a paste of the ginger and garlic.

Boil the fish and the potato in water. Remove the bones, add salt and turmeric and mash the mixture very well.

Take an egg and beat it with salt. Take the bread crumbs and set them aside so that it can be used to coat the filling and deep fry.

Heat oil i a kadai and add the onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste, salt and little turmeric and fry them well.

To the mixture above add the mashed fish along with the potato, stir very well and add the soaked raisin pieces.

Continuously stir the mixture above, add a pinch of sugar and the coriander leaves after chopping. Do this continuously till the fish is dried.

Once the mixture is cooked, set it aside in a bowl to form the stuffing. Let it cool under fan so that the stuffing is thick.

Take a large spoon of the stuffing make a long piece like a roll. Dip it in egg and cover it with the bread crumb coating. Repeat for all the pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and then deep fry the coated croquettes on all sides till they turn golden brown.
