Ingredients of Fish cakes
STEP : 1
Take the fish egg and wash them very well and clean it to remove all the fats and use abundant water so that the fish egg is almost white.
STEP : 2
Add the chopped onion, green chili and ginger paste to the washed egg so that it can be mixed well.
STEP : 3
Mix all the ingredients and add the besan powder to bring the thickness. Beat thoroughly before the fish nuggets can be fried.
STEP : 4
Heat oil in a frying pan. Form round shaped pieces of the fish eggs and deep fry them in oil on both sides and then it is ready to be served hot.
