This is a special monsoon dish which is made from the egg of the Bengal Carp fish. The eggs are to be separated and thoroughly cleaned and mixed with adequate amount of masala before they can be fried as cake pieces. It can be served as a starter snack.

- 0.25 kg Fish Egg
- 2.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric
- 6.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 cup Besan
- 3.00 nos Chili
- Take the fish egg and wash them very well and clean it to remove all the fats and use abundant water so that the fish egg is almost white.
- Add the chopped onion, green chili and ginger paste to the washed egg so that it can be mixed well.
- Mix all the ingredients and add the besan powder to bring the thickness. Beat thoroughly before the fish nuggets can be fried.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Form round shaped pieces of the fish eggs and deep fry them in oil on both sides and then it is ready to be served hot.
