This is a special monsoon dish which is made from the egg of the Bengal Carp fish. The eggs are to be separated and thoroughly cleaned and mixed with adequate amount of masala before they can be fried as cake pieces. It can be served as a starter snack.

0.25 tbsp Turmeric
6.00 tbsp Oil
0.50 cup Besan

Take the fish egg and wash them very well and clean it to remove all the fats and use abundant water so that the fish egg is almost white.

Thanks for this tasty and mouthwatering recipe.I made this today for the first time whilst I was fasting. I was scared how it may taste as I couldn't taste along whilst cooking.
