First of all, take the rajghira atta and the singhara atta as per the given quantity and mix the two atta.

After that, take the red chilly powder and the salt as per the given in the small bowl and then use them

After this, take the other ingredient that is peanut in the bowl and they should be grind in the mixer well.

Then mix the peanuts in the atta and spices and at the same time take the water in the bowl and heat.

After the water gets little bit cool so that it can be used, add the water to the atta and peanut mixture.

After adding the water in the mixture, make the dough out of it and it should not be very much loose.

Now, after doing this, take the oil in the pan and heat it till it gets heat so that poori can be deep fried.

Then, take the small amount of dough and make the ball of that and then make the poori out of it.

When the oil gets heat, place the poori one by one in the oil and deep fry the poori on the medium flame.
