Kerala Style Delicious Meat Rice Recipe For Erachi Choru

Ingredients of Erachi choru
STEP : 1
At the first step take rice as you need in a bowl and wash it using water ,then drain off excess water.

Then clean the beef using water and keep it aside ,we need big slices of beef for this type of dish .

Then take a pan pour some coconut oil to it and then chopped onion to it , then grind ginger and garlic using a blender.
STEP : 4
Then pour the beef , grinded mix , chopped green chillies , turmeric powder, pudina leaves, coriander leaves and half of the spices to it .

Pour some curd and salt also , mix it well and on the flame ,when it boils add garam masala to it ,then mix and close it again .

Let the beef gets cooked well , now we can keep pan to cook rice ,keep double amount of water than rice and when it boils add the remaining spices to it.

Then put the washed rice to the boiling water, then pour some salt, turmeric powder , Coriander leaves to it .

Let the rice gets cooked well , close the pan. Mean while stir the beef and check whether the beef is cooked or not . We can see oil separated and it is almost cooked .

When our rice also gets almost cooked pour the 85% cooked beef to the rice . Both should be almost cooked .

Mix everything well pour some coriander leaves and let it cook the rest and evaporates the excess water and keep it in low flame .

When everything is nicely cooked and mingled well off the flame and add some coconut oil and garam masala to it ,

Mix everything well and our erachi choru is ready to eat . Enjoy the dish along with salad and pickle .
