This a famous and special dish that is seen in malabar area at Kerala and people from many countries came there to eat this dish at some famous hotels. This we can make easily at home and it's tasty as biryani so surely everyone will love this .

Ingredients of Erachi choru

1.00 kg Matta rice
1.00 kg beef
3.00 no onion
2.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 tbsp garlic

1.00 cup Coconut oil
0.25 cup pudina leaves
0.25 cup coriander leaves
8.00 no green chilly
0.50 tbsp turmericpowder
1.00 tbsp salt
6.00 no cardamom
10.00 no cloves
4.00 no cinnamon
1.00 tbsp pepper
1.00 tbsp garam masala
0.50 cup curd

Erachi choru

At the first step take rice as you need in a bowl and wash it using water ,then drain off excess water.

Then take a pan pour some coconut oil to it and then chopped onion to it , then grind ginger and garlic using a blender.

Then pour the beef , grinded mix , chopped green chillies , turmeric powder, pudina leaves, coriander leaves and half of the spices to it .

Pour some curd and salt also , mix it well and on the flame ,when it boils add garam masala to it ,then mix and close it again .

Let the beef gets cooked well , now we can keep pan to cook rice ,keep double amount of water than rice and when it boils add the remaining spices to it.

Then put the washed rice to the boiling water, then pour some salt, turmeric powder , Coriander leaves to it .

Let the rice gets cooked well , close the pan. Mean while stir the beef and check whether the beef is cooked or not . We can see oil separated and it is almost cooked .

Mix everything well pour some coriander leaves and let it cook the rest and evaporates the excess water and keep it in low flame .
