Ingredients of Elephant curry
STEP : 1
First of all take the khanda and cu them in to small pieces and keep aside now take onions and cut them in to very small pieces.

now take the bowl and switch on the stove and boil the water and then add the kanda pieces and boil well.

now take the plate and take the all required ingredients in the plate like red chilies mustered seeds and gera etc.

now take the pan and switch on the stove and then add the oil and preheat the oil and fry the all items.

now take the onions and add them in the fried items and mix well and fry for 5 minutes then add salt for taste.

now take the turmeric powder and then add the one tbsp of turmeric powder and mix well and fry for some time.

now take the khanda pieces and then add them in the fried onions and then mix well and then fry in oil for 5 minutes.

now take the red chilly powder and add the tbsp of red chilly powder and mix well and fry for 2 minutes.

now take the bowl and take the tamarind and soak that in the water and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

now take the water and add them in the fried items and mix well once and cook for 10 minutes.

now take the tamarind juice from the tamarind and add in the gravy and mix well and then cook it for 5 minutes.

now take the 3 tbsp of chopped jaggery and add that in the gravy and mix well and cook that for some time and switch off the stove and keep it aside.
