STEP : 1
At the first step make a dough using some boiled water ,rice flour and salt then keep it aside . Let it cool

Then grate coconut freshly and keep it a side , we need about half a coconut . Fresh coconut will give an amazing taste when compared to frozen .

Then heat a pan pour some water to it and when it boils put the Jaggery pieces to it and let it melts.

When it gets nicely melts and reach a thickened state stir it and then add the grated coconut to it .

Mix it well and stir for two minutes ,we don't need our coconut to get cooked we just need it to blend well with the Jaggery .

Then off the flame and let it cool , mean while make small balls from the dough and flatten it using hands .

Take banana leaf wash it well using water and dry it and then keep it on low flame , when it changes colour off the flame .

Then cut little from the leaf and place it on a plate and put one flatten dough to it and pour some coconut mix to it .

Then close it by keeping the coconut mix fully inside , the mix should not be seen outside ,nicely seal it using the dough .

Then close the leaf like gift wrapping and lock it using tooth pick , repeat same with the remaining dough and mix .

Then keep it on a steamer and let it cooked for ten to fifteen minutes , then off the steamer .

Our sweet snack is ready to serve , let it cool and then transfer to the serving plate . Enjoy the dish.
