Ingredients

- 2.00 cup Wheat Flour
- 1.50 cup Sugar
- 0.25 ltr Milk
- 1.00 cup Tutti Frutti
- 0.25 cup Cashewnuts
- 6.00 nos Raisins
- 1.00 cup Maida
- 0.5 cup Curd
- 0.25 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1.00 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2.00 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 0.5 cup Oil
- 0.50 cup Butter
- 2.00 cup Salt
Instructions
Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake
- To Make powder sugar take another blender add one and a half cup of sugar in it.
- Blend it few seconds till it turns nice powder ,you can add a sugar as per need.
- For mixing ,take a separate vessel add two cups of whole wheat flour or atta.
- Add one cup of maida along with the whole wheat flour to give softness for cake.
- Add the blended powder sugar or normal sugar along with the flour mixture and mix it.
- Add three tablespoon of melted butter or ghee along with the mixture for better soft.
- Add 3/4 cup of oil ,you can use any type oil ,if possible use vegetable oil.
- Add half a cup of curd or yogurt or fresh dahi along with the flour mixture
- Everything mix it well using spoon or electric mixture and leave it for excess moisture.
- Add the chilled milk and mix it till it turns smooth paste not too much thin.
- For preheating turn on the flame ,place a long bottomed vessel with two cup of salt.
- Place the cake stand along with the salt, Make sure there is gap between salt and stand and cover it.
- Come back with the mixture for less moisture again add milk and a tablespoon of baking powder.
- Now add a pinch of baking soda and pinch salt and mix all these once.
- Add a tablespoon of vanilla essence and mix it,you can add vanilla extract if available.
- Add the tutti frutti along with the cake batter and mix it ,it is optional.
- Add half cup of cashewnuts along with the cake batter and mix it for more crunchy.
- Add half cup of raisins along with the cake batter and mix it for more taste.
- After 10 to 15 minutes when it is preheated ,place the cake tin on a stand,close the lid.
- After 40 to 45 minutes open the lid and check it with a toothpick or knife to check whether cooked.
