- 2.00 cup Maida
- 1.00 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1.00 cup Whole Milk
- 1.00 tbsp Sugar
- 1.00 tbsp Groundnut Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Baking Soda
- 0.25 tbsp Salt

- The key ingredients to prepare eggless cheese biscuits ,we need maida,cheese,milk,sugar,baking soda oil and a pinch salt.
- Initially take two cups of sifted all purpose flour or maida in a seperate bowl.
- Now add a cup of grated cheese or cheddar cheese along with the all purpose flour.
- To make a smooth dough ,add two to three tablespoon of sugar along with maida.
- Gradually add little by little of milk and knead a smooth dough by using hands.
- Add a little bit of baking soda ,you can use wheat flour for making cheese biscuits.
- Add two to three tablespoon of oil or butter along with the prepared soft maida.
- After kneading a soft dough ,close the lid and leave it under 10 to 15 minutes.
- On a flat surface dust some flour then take out the dough for kneading it.
- Roll the dough into a flat surface by using rolling stick by dusting some flour.
- Now cut into small pieces in equal shape or you can use shape molder for biscuits.
- Turn on the flame,place a griddle add one by one divided rolls in a medium flame.
- On top of the griddle cover the silver foil sheet in a medium flame for easy boiling.
- Then Flip it on other sides gently don’t cook it too much keep in a low flame , cook it on both sides.
- In the same way do the remaining biscuits and close it with silver foil then turn off the flame.
