STEP : 1
At the first step we should make leaf for spring roll or we need leaf from the stores ;keep it out from refrigerator .

STEP : 2
Then chop the ingredients like carrot ; beans ;ginger garlic in long shape but thin and chop green chillies also ;keep it aside.

STEP : 3
Then heat a pan or kadai and put olive oil to it ; let it hot and then add ginger ; garlic and green chilly to it.

Saute it well for two minutes and then add the chopped beans to it and mix it well ;close the pan .

The flame should be low ; then when the beans almost cooked add carrot to it and saute it well .

Let it cooked well we should notice that ;it should not be over cooked ;then add soya sauce to it .

Mix it well and then keep the vegetables aside in same pan and put the egg to it . You can use separate pan also .

Then beat it well ;and then mix it well ; let it cook for two to three minutes and then off the flame .

Let it cool and then take one leaf and pour some egg mix to it and roll it well . It should be tightly rolled .

Then heat a pan or kadai and put oil to it ; when it is nicely hot put the spring roll to it.

Let it fried or brown and when one side is done ; turn it to other side and let it brawn .

When it's fried keep it out and wipe off excess oil ; then serve hot with tomato sauce and enjoy with your family.
