Its a very healthy recipe that contains healthy veggies and eggs with less spices. Its an all time recipe that can be taken in for any meal-breakfast, Lunch or even dinner. Its an easy to make recipe.

Ingredients of Egg salad

4.00 no Eggs
1.00 no capsicum
1.50 no onion
3.00 no Tomato
0.50 tbsp oil
5.00 no Green Chilli
0.50 milligram Salt
0.25 milligram Red Chilli Powder
7.00 no Coriander Leaves
0.25 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
0.50 cup Water

Egg salad

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green chillis, Ginger-Garlic paste and finely chopped onion and saute for a minute till onion are golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add nicely beaten egg and half cup water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes till the eggs are golden brown and are in compelete blend with the veggies and spices.
