Ingredients of Egg salad
STEP : 1
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green chillis, Ginger-Garlic paste and finely chopped onion and saute for a minute till onion are golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP : 2
Add salt and red chilli powder according to tastre and cook for anothe 3 minutes and let the spices blend in with the veggies.
STEP : 3
Add nicely beaten egg and half cup water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes till the eggs are golden brown and are in compelete blend with the veggies and spices.
STEP : 4
In the end add some green coriander leaves and cook for about half a minute and serve hot with chapatis or eat it with ketchup.
