egg burji is a very common dish. made at most in breakfast or on dinner time also. as always egg is very tasty. mine also favourite. this egg burji really tastes so good.also it is healthy as it contains egg. try it out .

Ingredients of Egg poriyal

2.00 no egg
1.00 no onion
1.00 no tomato
0.50 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp oil
1.00 tbsp coriander
2.00 no chili
0.50 tbsp turmeric
3.00 no curry leaves

Egg poriyal

take one onion and tomato and cut them into small pieces . take some green chilies and chop them into small size

STEP : 1

take oil in pan and heat till it become hot . add chopped green chilies , onion and curry leaves in hot oil

once all the ingredients get fried in hot oil then add some turmeric powder . mix turmeric well over all the ingredients

now add chopped tomato pieces and again mix and fry well . add some amount of salt as per your taste

now take two eggs and crack into a bowl . add some salt just for two eggs . stir this well to make egg mixture
