Ingredients of Egg podimas
STEP : 1
Chop cauliflower florets into small pieces and wash with luck warm water. Drain water and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and urad dal. Add finely chopped onion and green chili. Saute until golden brown.

Once onion and green chili starts to fry, then add garam masala powder. No need to fry onion till it turns golden colour. Crunchiness of onion give different taste to the recipe.

Now add red chili powder and chicken masala powder. At this stage you can add ginger and garlic paste (optional).

Add chopped tomatoes and saute well until raw smell of masala powder disappear. All the ingredient fried well.

Add finely chopped and semi cooked cauliflower. Saute well. Add salt as per required to this recipe.

Mix all the ingredients well and sprinkle very little amount of water. Keep in mind cauliflower already semi cooked while washing with hot water.

Fry about 10 minutes in medium flame, Cauliflower cooked well with masalas and water content disappear.

When the raw smell of cauliflower goes then add 6 eggs on by one or you can already break and beat the egg in separate bowl and add to the recipe.

Saute it well and egg start to form crumbles. Add salt and oil if it required.

Egg cooked well and release good aroma. Switch off the flame and Add black pepper powder.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice. Add garam masala powder if you want.
