This dish is made by using brinjal and ladies finger and also coconut milk is used .it is very healthy a d very tasty it is good along with rice, chappathi .it is full of vitamins and minerals .we can add or reduce the spices in it as per our taste.

Ingredients of Egg plant curry recipe

0.50 kg Brinjal
1.00 cup ladies finger
1.00 cup coconut
2.00 tbsp shallot
1.00 tbsp green chilly
0.50 cup tomato
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp chilly powder
2.00 tbsp oil

In the first step clean the Brinjal well and then brush oil on it , then heat a non stick pan and pour little oil to it then keep these brinjal's on it and close the pan ,let all the water inside it gets out. keep in low flame.
