For Maida Flour Preparation

STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare egg lifafa parathas ,we need whole eggs,maida,wheat flour,onions,tomatoes,coriander leaves,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds powder,green chillies,sugar ,oil and salt.

STEP : 2
Initially take two cups of sifted all purpose flour or maida in a seperate bowl.

STEP : 3
For preparing smooth dough add half portion or one cup of wheat flour in it.

STEP : 4
Add little bit of salt for taste ,Don't add it too much ,we need to add in egg mixture.

STEP : 5
Add little bit of sugar for taste and soft ,Don't add it too much of sugar.

STEP : 6
Add a single whole egg in the flour mixture and mix it completely by using hands.

STEP : 7
Add two tablespoon of ghee or cooking oil in mixed flour to make soft dough.

STEP : 8
Gradually add little by little of water and knead a smooth dough by using hands

STEP : 9
After kneading a soft dough ,close the lid and leave it under 10 to 15 minutes.
For Egg Preparation

STEP : 1
Take a seperate bowl,add three whole eggs to make the egg mixture and beat it roughly.

STEP : 2
Add a cup of finely chopped onions or spring onions into the beaten eggs mixture.

STEP : 3
Add two nos of green chillies in a bowl,you can include finely chopped fresh mint leaves.

STEP : 4
Add half cup of finely chopped tomatoes in a bowl,add deseeded tomatoes if you prefer.

Add half cup of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or cilantro in a egg mixture bowl

STEP : 6
Let's start to add spices,add a tablespoon of red chilli powder in a egg mixture bowl.

Add one or two tablespoon of coriander powder or dhania powder in a egg mixture bowl.

STEP : 8
Add little bit of salt for taste ,Don't add it too much of salt in it.

Add a tablespoon of cumin seeds powder or jeera powder in a egg mixture bowl.

Now mix all the ingredients very well by using spoon,you can sprinkle some crunched black pepper .
Preparation For egg paratha

STEP : 1
Take a knead dough and divide into medium size balls or small lemon size balls..

STEP : 2
Roll the balls on a flat surface by dusting some flour ,roll it evenly on all sides.

STEP : 3
Apply little bit of oil on top of the roll and sprinkle flour on top of the roll.

STEP : 4
Fold the flattened roll one by one or close it like a envelope shown in below image.

STEP : 5
Now close the roll on top side and bottom side like shown in below image.

STEP : 6
Roll the envelop on a flat surface by dusting some flour ,roll it evenly on all sides.

STEP : 7
Turn on the flame ,Place a roll on tawa or griddle with butter or oil.

STEP : 8
When it is cooked in a low flame,pour two or three tablespoon of egg mixture.

STEP : 9
When the bottom side turns golden brown color,fold the roti like shown in below image.

STEP : 10
Now close the roti on top side and bottom side with applying a tablespoon of oil.

Flip the roti on next side when the brown spots appear and cook it evenly on all sides.Our tasty egg lifafa paratha is ready.
