Egg lifafa paratha is a famous breakfast recipe, It is easy to make at home with simple ingredients, It is absolutely different lachcha paratha , lifafa is a layer or envelop which contains protein rich eggs, kids love these recipe very much and easy to prepare.

Ingredients of For maida flour preparation

2.00 cup Maida
1.00 cup Wheat flour
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Sugar
1.00 no Egg
1.00 cup Oil
0.25 cup Water

1.00 cup onions
2.00 no Green chillies
1.00 cup Tomatoes
0.50 cup Coriander leaves
1.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Coriander powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds powder

For Maida Flour Preparation

The key ingredients to prepare egg lifafa parathas ,we need whole eggs,maida,wheat flour,onions,tomatoes,coriander leaves,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds powder,green chillies,sugar ,oil and salt.

Initially take two cups of sifted all purpose flour or maida in a seperate bowl.

For preparing smooth dough add half portion or one cup of wheat flour in it.

Take a knead dough and divide into medium size balls or small lemon size balls..

Roll the balls on a flat surface by dusting some flour ,roll it evenly on all sides.
