It is south Indian side dish. It is very tasty. It will be suitable for the combination of Rice,Chapatis.

Ingredients of Egg Paniyaram

5 Eggs
1 cup Chopped onions
1 tbs Salt
3 tbs Red chilli powder
2 tbs Coriander powder
5 tbs Oil
2 tbs Besan flour
1/2 tbs Cumin seeds
2 Green chillies
1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Chopped tomato
1/4 tbs Turmeric
1/2 tbs Garam masala powder
1 tbs Chopped coriander leaves

Egg Paniyaram preparation

Take 5 eggs

Break the eggs into a bowl

Beat all the eggs for getting fluffy appams

Add 2tbs chopped Onions

Add 1/2 tbs of Salt as per taste

Mix well all the ingredients

Take Gunta ponganalu pan

Pour oil little by little in each hole

Cover the Lid and cook for 2min in medium flame

After 2minutes the egg ponganalu is ready on one side

Again cover the lid and cook for 1-2min in medium flame.

After 2min take off the lid and the fluffy egg appam is ready.take out in a plate

Take a pan add 2tbs of besan flour.

And roast it for 3-4 min on medium flame until it goes raw smell.

Take a pan add 3tbs of oil and heat it

Cook for 2-3 min until tomato gets cooked

Mix it and fry for 1min

Add roasted besan flour into the pan and fry for 1min on low flame.

After frying add 1cup of water for gravy

And mix the ponganalu with curry.

Specially Eggs are good for health, its rich in maintaining good cholesterol ,it contain good quality protein and its rich in vitamin D which is good for growing babies. Its my favourite dish which was made by my granny during my childhood days. i usually have this as snacks and also it gives good taste for gravy also.
