It is south Indian side dish. It is very tasty. It will be suitable for the combination of Rice,Chapatis.
Ingredients of Egg Paniyaram
Egg Paniyaram preparation

STEP : 1
Take 5 eggs

STEP : 2
Break the eggs into a bowl

STEP : 3
Beat all the eggs for getting fluffy appams

STEP : 4
Add 2tbs chopped Onions

STEP : 5
Add 1/2 tbs of Salt as per taste

STEP : 6
Add 1tbs Red Chilli powder

STEP : 7
Add 1tbs of Coriander powder.

Mix well all the ingredients

Take Gunta ponganalu pan

STEP : 10
Pour oil little by little in each hole

STEP : 11
Add egg mix in each hole

Cover the Lid and cook for 2min in medium flame

After 2minutes the egg ponganalu is ready on one side

Now turn another side

Again cover the lid and cook for 1-2min in medium flame.

After 2min take off the lid and the fluffy egg appam is ready.take out in a plate

Take a pan add 2tbs of besan flour.

And roast it for 3-4 min on medium flame until it goes raw smell.

The flour colour changes takeout in a Separate bowl

Take a pan add 3tbs of oil and heat it

Add 1/2 tbs Cumin seeds and fry it

Add 1/2 cup of chopped Onions

Fry it for 2 min

Add 2 green Chillies

Add 1ts of Ginger garlic paste.

Fry it until it goes raw smell

Add 1cup of Chopped tomatoes

Cook for 2-3 min until tomato gets cooked

Add 1/4 tbs of Turmeric

Add 2tbs of red Chilli powder

Mix it and fry for 1min

Add roasted besan flour into the pan and fry for 1min on low flame.

After frying add 1cup of water for gravy

Mix well the gravy consistency like this

Cover the lid and cook for 3min on medium flame

After 3min the gravy starts bubbling

Add egg ponganalu in the gravy

And mix the ponganalu with curry.

Cover the lid and cook for 3-4 min in medium flame

After 3 min the curry gets perfect consistency.the curry almost ready

Mix well and turn of the flame
