Ingredients of Egg pakoda
STEP : 1
Take 3 eggs.Place them in pan of boiling water. Hard- boil the eggs. Peel the eggs and cut each boiled eggs into two halves.

Take a large bowl. Mix the gram flour, maida, masala powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt in the bowl. Gradually add water to the bowl to form a smooth paste. Make batter of an average consistency

Heat required amount of oil in a pan in high flame. Dip each egg in the prepared batter and keep aside. Make sure to coat the egg pieces very well with the batter.
STEP : 4
Deep fry the batter coated egg pieces in hot oil in medium flame until its colour changes to golden brown on both sides. Frying in medium flame will help them to get cooked very well from inside.
STEP : 5
When cooked well, it can be served hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney. The hot yummy egg pakodas can be served as an evening snack or a starter in meals.
