Ingredients of Egg masala

Egg, potato, onion, ginger, garlic, onion, red chili all those things bring together for cook the tasty masala jhal egg

Hot a pan and add some water in it then wash the egg and add in to the water and boil it.

Pill the boiled eggs and pill and cut the potato and keep aside for cooking the tasty masala jhal egg

Then wash the ginger and garlic then take a grinder and add the ginger garlic and red chili and paste smoothly and keep aside

The boiled eggs, potato cubes , onion paste and ginger, garlic and red chili past bring together and keep aside for cooking

Hot a pan and add some water then wash the potato cubes and add in to the hot water and boil it

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it , when the oil is become hot add the boiled eggs and some salt and turmeric powder and fry it

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it , when the oil become hot then add the onion paste and cook for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the ginger garlic and red chili paste in to the fried onion paste , and cook for another two minutes in high flame.

Then add some salt and add turmeric powder in to the masala and add the fried potato and cook it for another two minutes in low flame.

Then add the fried boiled egg in to the masala potato and cook for another two minutes in high flame

Then serve hot in a serving bowl for eating. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice or hot roti for a simple but testy meal.
