Yummy egg masala gravy dish. It is one of the best combination of rotis, pulkas and rice also

Ingredients of Egg Masala Gravy

5 Boiled eggs
2table spoons Cashew nuts
4tablespoons grated coconut
1teaspoon Turmeric
4tbsp Oil
2tablespoon Red chilli powder
2tbsp Pepper powder
3 Cinnamon
3 Cardamom
4 Cloves
1 Black stone flower
1cup Chopped onion
2 Sliced green chillies
1tbsp Curry leaves
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1cup Tomato puree
1tbsp Coriander powder
1tbsp Garam masala powder
1tbsp Coriander leaves

Take 5 boiled eggs

STEP : 1

Make small cuts for all eggs

Take mixer add 2tablespoon of Cashew nuts

Mix all the ingredients and fry it for few seconds
