Ingredients of Egg kurma
STEP : 1
At first take five eggs and keep it cook along with water and little salt ,let it boil and cook well .

Mean while we can chop the vegetables , chop potato ,carrot and beans in to small pieces and keep it aside .

Then heat a pan and put oil to it when it is hot add chopped onion, ginger ,garlic ,green chillies ,dry red chilly

Saute it well and then add the chopped vegetables , some garam masala powder cinnamon and pepper to it .

Mix everything well and let it cook for sometime ,close the pan and keep in low flame , meanwhile make coconut milk .

In meantime check our eggs also , when it is done keep it to cool and then remove the shell and cut it to two equal halves .

Then check the vegetables and when it is half cooked add the second coconut milk to it and mix it well .

Close the pan again and keep in low flame , add salt as needed , in every two minutes stir it .

When it is nicely cooked add the sliced egg pieces to it and mix it well , cook for five minutes .

After that pour the first coconut milk to it and wait for two more minutes and then off the flame .

Put Some coriander leaves to it and mix it well . Our dish vellai curry is ready to serve , enjoy it with your family.
