This is a white curry we use many items which is rich in protein and minerals . This is little sweet and spicy curry as we use ingredients like that , we can have this as a side dish with breakfast . Or you can have it as a soup like also .

Ingredients of Egg kurma

1.00 cup beans
1.00 cup carrot
2.00 cup coconutmilk
0.25 tbsp salt
3.00 no green chilly
6.00 no pepper
1.00 cup potato
3.00 no dried red chilli

2.00 tbsp coriander leaves

At first take five eggs and keep it cook along with water and little salt ,let it boil and cook well .

Then heat a pan and put oil to it when it is hot add chopped onion, ginger ,garlic ,green chillies ,dry red chilly

Saute it well and then add the chopped vegetables , some garam masala powder cinnamon and pepper to it .

Mix everything well and let it cook for sometime ,close the pan and keep in low flame , meanwhile make coconut milk .
