We are seen and ate various types of pulao both in veg and non-veg,here i used to try the pulao recipe using roasted egg and spicy ingredients will make rich taste and healthy full meal and rich protein food.

Ingredients of Egg dum biryani

3.00 cup Basmathi rice
4.00 no Boiled Egg
1.50 cup Onion Slices
1.00 cup Tomato Slices
4.00 no Cloves
3.00 no Cardamon Sticks
0.50 cup Mint Leaves
0.50 cup Coriander Leaves
0.50 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
0.25 tbsp Garam Masala
3.00 tbsp Ghee
4.00 no Green Chilies
3.00 tbsp Oil
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
0.25 tbsp Food Color

Egg dum biryani

Boil the hot water and add the soaked and washed basmathi rice and cook for few minutes till the rice gets its 90 percent boiling.and drain the water,

In a open add three tbsp of ghee and add 3 tbsp of oil and add the boiled eggs and roast it well till it changes into reddish brown color,

When egg get roasted ad the spice ingredients such as cloves,cardamon and fry foe few minutes and add the sliced onion and fry it till it gets its reddish brown,

Then add tomatoes and saute well for few minutes and now add the red chilly powder and 1/4 tbsp of garam masala and mix well,

Add mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix well,when the ingredients are mix well together,add three to 4 tbsp of water and adjust salt and add food cor 1/4 tbsp by spraying ,

When the rice gets fully cooked add 1/4 cup of lemon juice and mix well again,care about egg while mixing chance to breaks.

Finally close the lid and keep it for dum process and transfer to serving bowl and serve hot with brinjal raitha or with curd.

This recipe is very tasty and yummy and I liked it. Basically I like all types of biryanis and I order the same when i go out. Egg is one of my favorite food and it also contains more of vitamins and it is one of the nutritious food too.
