its a very healty & nutritious veggiess , & very simple &easy steps to cook. we need all ingridients egg, onion, green chilly, tomato, yogurt, salt, meat masala.. thats all.this veggie is very tasty & yummy , eveyone likes this veggie . thanks a lot, done my description..

2.00 cup eggs
1.00 cup onion
1.00 tbsp greenchilly
1.00 cup tomato
4.00 tbsp yogurt
1.00 tbsp salttotaste
2.00 tbsp meatmasala
2.00 tbsp oil
2.00 cup water

i served this spicy egg dry veggies with chapati . first of all for cook spicy egg dry veggie first boling egg in separate cooker fling 2 cup water & 3 egg with salt den cover it up the cooker,& boli it untill came 1 whisel.

chopping all veggies [ onion, green chilly , & tomato] , & after completly bolied eggs filter out of hot water & kept a bowl.

separate frying kadai fling 2 spoon oil after oil hot den add chopped onion & green chilly cook it for 10 mins, mix together very nicely.

after completly cooked onion & green chilly then add chopped tomato mix it well & cook it 5 mins ,

when tomato almost to melt completly , after that add 4 spoon yogurt & mix it well & cook it atleast 5 mins,

after completly mixed all veggies & yogurt together very well then add 1 spoon salt , & add meat masala , & mix it well.

bolied eggs of whittled & chopped of between in 2 part . thats it. its veggies very spicy & very delicious veggies.

when all veggiess completly cooked & all masala also cooked & yogurt also cooked very well den add chopped egg. keep like this atleast 10 mins,

after 10 mins kept eggs in gravy then stir it well round by round & cook it once again atleast 5 mins , den turn off the heat & serve this spicy egg dry veggies with chapati & salads , thanks . i hope you will like this recipe.
