Usually curries when cooked by combining vegetarian and non vegetarian tastes much good compared to others. So, here is a recipe that combines ridge guard,drum sticks and eggs to give an awesome taste with very simple cooking procedure.

Ingredients of Egg drumstick curry

1.00 no Ridge guard
2.00 no Eggs
2.00 no Onions
2.00 no Drumsticks
3.00 no Green chilies
5.00 no Curry leaves
1.00 tbsp Red chili powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
4.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
2.00 cup Water

Egg drumstick curry

Take a bowl and add a cup of water and bring it to boil. Now add drumsticks and eggs and boil them for 10 minutes.

Now take a pan and add about 4 tablespoons of oil and let it heat. Now add chopped green chilies and onions and fry them for 2 minutes. Now add chopped ridge guard and fry it.
