STEP : 1
Take one cup of dosa rice batter into a mixing bowl and add needed salt and a pinch of baking soda which is dissolved in water.
STEP : 2
Then Wash and slice the given vegetables such as carrot,onion and capsicum and coriander leaves as fine slices,and fine chop the green chilly as spice needed.
STEP : 3
Take another mixing bowl add two beaten egg into them beat well using a fork or egg beater,and also add needed salt for this egg and vegetable mixture,aware about already salt is added for dosa batter.

When the egg was beaten well the add the fine chopped vegetables into them and again stir well till it gets well mixed to the egg and to get soft egg dosa.

Then add fine chopped coriander leaves and a pinch of hing to avoid gastric trouble mix well together,you can also add pinch of turmeric powder if needed.

Heat a dosa pan,spread some oil and pour one heaped spoonful of dosa batter on to that and spread widely using the ladle.

When the dosa spread over evenly like a dosa and bring them to boil for few seconds by sprinkling some oil over them,you can also add ghee for additional flavour.

Then add the egg and vegetable mixture batter over the dosa and spread evenly and bring them to boil for few minutes in medium flame.
STEP : 9
Turn over the dosa to boil another side in medium flame and give time to well cook the chopped vegetables in medium fire,and also avoid over burn may occur at this stage.
STEP : 10
Again turn another side and leave it for few seconds to get soft and crispy texture,and sprinkling the crushed pepper and serve hot with or without chutney.
